Important. Redwolf Key is a technology and device-management service. Unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise, Red Wolf is not the lender, does not decide whether a customer receives finance, and does not replace the finance or sale agreement between the customer and the relevant retailer or finance partner.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms apply when a person accesses redwolfinfo.com, creates or uses a Redwolf Key account, enrolls a device, or accepts a Redwolf Key customer disclosure. By using the service, that person confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

A retailer or administrator must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the organisation shown on the account. A customer must be legally capable of entering the relevant purchase or finance agreement. If you do not agree, do not use or enroll in the service.

2. What Redwolf Key provides

Redwolf Key supports retailer onboarding, customer and financed-device enrollment, instalment and due-date records, operational alerts, authorised Android management controls and final ownership release. Features vary by product, Android version, device manufacturer, permissions and partner configuration.

Product names describe provisioning routes: the route selected during enrollment determines the approved setup process shown by the retailer application. A setup or management component must only be installed with the device owner's knowledge and authorisation.

3. Finance and payment information

Any instalment amount, due date, payment status, lock decision or completion status is supplied or approved by the relevant retailer or finance partner. Customers must raise billing, credit, refund and payment disputes with that partner. Red Wolf may correct platform errors but does not independently alter the underlying commercial obligation.

4. Accounts and security

  • Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
  • Protect passwords, MPINs, OTPs and devices; do not share authentication codes.
  • Use only the permissions assigned to your role and organisation.
  • Immediately report suspected compromise, unauthorised control or incorrect customer/device assignment.
  • Do not create false enrollments, bypass approval checks or use another person's identity or device without authority.

We may require re-verification, suspend a session or restrict access where needed to protect the service or users.

5. Managed-device controls and consent

Device-owner or enterprise-management features can restrict or change a financed device, including lock/unlock, camera, USB, connectivity, application policies, wallpaper, reboot, location request and SIM-change alert. Before enrollment, the customer must receive the Customer Consent & Device Management Disclosure and give an affirmative, recorded acceptance. A retailer must never conceal the app's purpose or describe it as unrelated software.

Controls must be proportionate, connected to an authorised agreement or security purpose, and applied in accordance with law and platform policy. Redwolf Key must not be used to access personal messages, contacts, photos, call history, audio or unrelated content. Emergency calling and legally required safety functions must not intentionally be blocked.

6. Retailer and partner responsibilities

The retailer or partner is responsible for confirming customer identity and authority, obtaining valid consent, entering accurate payment and device information, restricting staff access, responding to customer disputes, applying commands lawfully, and approving prompt device release after the applicable obligation is satisfied.

Partners must provide their own legally required finance, consumer, credit and privacy notices. They must not use Redwolf Key for harassment, surveillance, coercion, unlawful repossession, discrimination or any purpose outside the disclosed customer arrangement.

7. Acceptable use

You may not probe or attack the service, upload malware, defeat access controls, reverse engineer protected components except where law permits, scrape data, resell access without written permission, interfere with another tenant, or use Redwolf Key in violation of law, Google Play policy or Android enterprise requirements.

8. Third-party services and software

The service may rely on Android, Google Firebase, cloud hosting, SMS/OTP delivery, mapping or official provisioning tools. Those services may have separate terms. Red Wolf is not responsible for a third party's independent outage or policy change, but will use reasonable efforts to provide a safe supported route or notify affected users.

9. Intellectual property

Red Wolf and its licensors retain all rights in Redwolf Key, including software, designs, trademarks, documentation and service content. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended business or customer purpose. Customer and partner data remains subject to the rights described in the Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

10. Availability, support and disclaimers

We aim to keep the service reliable and secure, but maintenance, network conditions, Android limitations, third-party services or events outside reasonable control can interrupt a feature. The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that every command will execute immediately on every device.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a right, remedy or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

11. Responsibility for loss

Each party is responsible for loss it causes through fraud, wilful misconduct, breach of confidentiality, unlawful data use or violation of these Terms. To the extent permitted by law, Red Wolf is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, a partner's finance or lock decision, inaccurate information entered by a partner, customer misuse, or a third-party outage. Any agreed commercial liability limits in a signed partner agreement will apply.

12. Suspension, release and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment under a partner agreement or legal requirement, using proportionate steps where practicable. Account termination does not itself remove device-owner status. An authorised release process must be completed before management ends. Partners must not unreasonably delay release after the relevant customer obligation has been completed.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect service, security, provider or legal changes. The current version will be posted at this URL. Material changes will be notified through the service or another appropriate channel. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted; fresh consent will be requested when required.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first try to resolve a concern through the contact below. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other statutory jurisdiction, courts with jurisdiction in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction.
