Keep credentials private. Red Wolf support will never ask for your password, MPIN or full OTP. Do not share a customer activation QR outside the intended enrollment.

1. Sign in and MPIN

  1. Enter the retailer username and password supplied by your administrator.
  2. Enter the one-time verification code sent to the registered mobile number.
  3. On first sign-in, create a four-digit MPIN. Later app launches use this MPIN on the same phone.

If an OTP does not arrive, confirm that the registered phone has network service, wait for the resend timer, and try once more. Contact your administrator if the phone number is incorrect or the account is locked.

2. Enroll a customer

Open Enroll and complete the guided pages. Verify the customer's mobile number, enter the required customer and device details, review the EMI information, collect consent and signature, then select the correct Redwolf product.

  • Redwolf Pro uses the managed provisioning flow shown in the app.
  • Redwolf Plus uses the setup-assistance flow shown in the app.

The activation button is available only when the retailer has a compatible key balance. Keep both phones online until activation is confirmed. Cancel an unused activation to return its reserved key.

3. Upcoming EMI and payment status

Open Settings → Upcoming EMI to see unsettled instalments across your customers. Search by customer, mobile number, device or agreement reference. Open a customer record to review its schedule and update an instalment only after the payment has been verified.

4. Customer and device information

The Devices area shows enrolled customer phones, last contact, finance details and available information. Retailer production access is designed for customer servicing and viewing; sensitive device actions depend on the permissions assigned by the administrator.

An advertisement sent from retailer Settings is delivered as a notification to active Android customer devices enrolled under that retailer. Use this only for relevant customer communication and do not include sensitive financial or identity information.

5. Troubleshooting

The app says it cannot reach the server

Check mobile data or Wi-Fi, confirm the phone's date and time are automatic, then pull down to refresh. If the issue continues, record the time and error message before contacting support.

A device or EMI is missing

Clear any search filter and refresh. Confirm that the customer was enrolled by your retailer account and that activation completed successfully.

A notification did not appear

The customer phone must be online and allow notifications for the managed application. Delivery is retried through normal device command polling when push delivery is temporarily unavailable.

I forgot my MPIN

Use the forgot-MPIN option to sign out, then complete username, password and OTP verification again.
